Event "Das gute Arbeitsleben"

The upcoming guest lecture by Prof. Dr. Hannes Zacher from the University of Leipzig will focus on the topic "Das Gute Arbeitsleben: Das Erleben von Zufriedenheit, Sinnhaftigkeit und Psychologischer Reichhaltigkeit in Organisationen."

Following the lecture, there will be a session featuring TEWA poster presentations, showcasing student research projects on topics such as the transition from work to retirement and the relationship between work and health.
